I have over 30 years’ experience within the construction industry, with 20 years as a Company Director, working within both the commercial and residential sectors for multi-national award winning FM & community regeneration service companies, as well as high net worth individuals in London and the Home Counties.

My business has always been built on integrity, honest communication, dedication and transparency, which has ensured the company has yielded return custom year on year. These values will remain consistent in all of my endeavours. With over two decades of experience and unsurpassed industry knowledge, I am now transferring that skill set to create sustainable, residential homes of the future. 

Andrew holds the Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) accreditation.

I have over 20 years’ experience as an Office Manager for construction businesses in London and the Home Counties. My career began as a Human Resources Manager for a large retail organisation in Inner London. During my time in this position, I developed strong leadership, decision-making and communication skills and business acumen, which have remained transferable within all areas of my career path.

Managing the success of construction businesses has always been achieved through the correct management of our people, effective communication and the implementation of processes that ensure the desired end goal is achieved. All these successes will be retained as I move forward into property development, with a desire to create sustainable homes of the future, whilst working in synergy with our team.
