To others, they simply want to remain in their family home whilst benefiting from a financial windfall. We design schemes that have maximum benefit for you, with minimal impact on your current home and lifestyle. Alternatively, if you know someone who has land for sale or is thinking about selling land we will pay you a finder's fee.

HOW IT WORKS
Informal meeting
From an initial telephone call we will arrange a convenient time to visit and discuss your requirements, before assessing the plot for planning and the potential number of dwellings. We will then consult with our planning and architecture teams to determine whether or not planning is likely to be obtained.
Agreement
Favourable assessment would lead to an offer for purchase, taking into consideration your personal preferences and circumstances. Once we have agreed the sum of money we can start working with solicitors to draw up a purchase agreement (known as an option agreement). This agreement allows us to take over the process and start the development journey.
Planning
We have in-depth planning knowledge of the area and will always seek to design and build sympathetic homes for your village or town. Once our team has carefully chosen the right design and layout for your location, we will then collate all the necessary information, reports and surveys from specialists to aid the planning application throughout the process.
Payment
Once we have achieved full planning we can then complete on our previous signed agreement and transfer the agreed sum of money. For home owners who want to take an active role in the development of their land, we can work together as a joint venture and share the profits. There are many different options available to suit your circumstances.
